1. About The Power Presence

The Site is owned and operated by The Power Presence, VAT no. DK19389936 (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Through the Site we may provide coaching, consulting, digital products, online programs, free resources, and other information and services (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing the Site, submitting any form, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Purchases, Fees, and Payment

Prices for our Services and products are listed on the Site and may be changed at any time. Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT as required by applicable law.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that product or Service, including any applicable taxes. Payment must be received before access to digital products, programs, or coaching sessions is granted, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store your full payment card details.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our work often involves digital products, downloadable materials, and/or the reservation of specific time slots, we generally operate with a limited or no-refund policy.

Unless otherwise specified on the relevant sales page or in a specific Service agreement:

• Fees for coaching, consulting, and digital programs are non-refundable once the Service has been delivered or access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

• For scheduled sessions, you may be asked to provide a minimum notice period (e.g., 24–48 hours) to reschedule; late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your mandatory consumer rights under Danish or EU law. Where such rights apply, they prevail over any conflicting provision here.

9. Third-Party Links and Resources

The Site may contain links to websites, resources, or services operated by third parties. Any such links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.

In some cases, we may receive compensation or commissions (such as affiliate income) if you purchase from third-party links. We only recommend products or services we believe are relevant and of value, but you should always do your own research and make your own informed decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

13. Changes to the Site and Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Site.
